<p><strong>周边房价：</strong>目前门店周边的二手房根据不同房龄的小区价格跨度较大<strong>。</strong>大致区间在4500—5500元\每平米左右。<br>
<strong>热门户型：</strong>主要是两房或者三房的户型。<br>
<strong>置业提醒：</strong>遇到合适的房源需选择果断出手。在房主报价方面也较以往有所降低，议价空间增大，目前有部分房价有10%的下探空间，更多的买房人遇到合适的房源，在如此合适的价格下也会适时出手。</p></td>
